I recently visited the Fat Seagull at 807 Quay St, in Manitowoc, WI. While visiting Manitowoc, I stopped by for lunch. I sat at the counter and enjoyed conversation with the bartenders and a couple seated near me. I had the lobster bisque and an order of appetizers. I loved the atmosphere with numerous packer displays. This is a friendly place and I would certainly make a trip back.

In town for an appointment and had to feed kids.The kids loved their burgers. The tenderloin sandwich was seasoned beautifully and was delicious. The chili was good too! Glad we stopped!
Great local tavern! Stoped in for lunch. Definitely top end bar food! Definitely recommend for a more home cooked meal than some of the more touristy establishments on the river.
Small quaint bar. Love the chicken wings. Crispy and hot with plenty of sauce choices. My favorite is the house made Carolina Reaper. Great flavor and doesn't kill your taste buds. Great burgers! Juicy patty on fresh buns. I've also had a wrap unwrapped (as a salad) and it was wonderful. Chicken, bacon ranch. Lots of chicken! I subbed in some blue cheese crumbles. Plenty of craft tap beers on tap. Friendly staff. Great cooks.
We had the taco egg rolls and chicken bacon ranch wrap. They were both beyond amazing. The bloody Mary was delicious. Service was welcoming.
You can eat here for the same price as McDonalds or Burger King . Eat the much better food here and you will be hooked. Great menu and drinks . They also have a HUGE plate of Nachos you can get that will feed 4 people . There stuffed pepper soup is to die for ! If you like onion rings you MUST get some of the incredible onion rings . I just had there Tacos and they are also amazing ! Taco Tuesday there 3 each and we'll worth it .
Cute little place! We had our first experience tonight for the fish fry and they rocked it! I had fish tacos, they were really good except I scraped off most of the chipotle sauce because it wasn’t my flavor. I also had the seagull rolls that are like a crab Rangoon. Those were awesome! My kids had grilled cheese and loaded fries that they loved, and my cousin had the Friday night fish dinner. Fish was real and fresh. Fish was awesome!!
